You are welcome to lodge a return request within 30 natural days of your parcel being received.

Cancellation of Orders
Cancellation of orders is supported within half an hour after the order is placed and is not supported after half an hour (processed orders cannot be retrieved from the parcel pile), refunds will be arranged within 1-2 business days after successful cancellation.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with original packaging and with all tags attached.
Items soiled with make-up, dirt, food or similar will not be accepted.
If an item is Final Sale, it cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. Returns will only be accepted if the item has been deemed faulty by our team.
Return costs are at the customer’s expense (unless your item is deemed faulty).
If we receive a returned item that does not adhere to the returns policy below, the refund will become void and the item will be sent back to you.
If you purchased your full-price item with a credit note or gift card, you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the purchase price of your items.
Refunds
All items will be reviewed individually upon return. If your return is accepted,refunds are processed within 5 business days from the date your order is received. Funds generally take up to 5 working days to appear back into your bank account. Please note, all refunds are delivered back to the original payment method, and cannot be returned to a different card or account. Shipping fees are not refundable.
