Standard delivery:
Orders $100 and over: Free Orders less than $100: $10 Transit time : 3-12 business days
Express delivery:
Orders $100 and over: $10 Orders less than $100: $19.9 Transit time : 2-6 business days
Order Processing Time
It usually takes 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Orders paid before 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday will usually ship the same day; orders paid after 5:00 pm EST will usually ship the next day. If there is a holiday, orders will generally be shipped the next business day after the holiday resumes.
Taxes
The customer is responsible for all taxes (including duties, excise, etc.) on their orders. Any consequences arising from the customer’s refusal to pay taxes will be fully borne by the customer.
Excessive Package Transit Time
If you have not received your package 60 days after your order has been shipped, please contact us at hi@eipwashing.com and we will arrange for a reshipment or refund for you.
Lost Package
If your package is lost, please contact us at hi@eipwashing.com and provide us with the appropriate documentation. We will assist you to communicate with the logistics company for investigation.
Long Processing Time
If your order has not been processed more than 7 business days after payment, please contact us at hi@eipwashing.com, so that we can investigate and possibly arrange a reshipment or refund for you.
